The Pioneer CDJ-350 is Pioneer's rekordbox-compatible multiformat entry-level CD DJ player that will play all
popular formats on CD or USB. It is intended to be the ideal companion to Pioneer's DJM-350 mixer.
The CDJ-350 can play MP3, AAC, WAV and AIFF files on all forms of media including CD-R, CD-RW and USB (flash
memory and HDD).
There is a very useful beat display function that visually illustrates the beat position of a song and the
playback point.
The auto beat loop function allows the DJ to create various types of loops with one press of a button. These
include: beat loop, beat divide and hot loop.
Auto BPM lock matches the tempo of songs by adjusting the speed to the master BPM on each player. This feature
is very accurate and makes beat mixing very easy indeed.
The CDJ-350 features a large 109 mm touch-sensitive jog wheel with CDJ and vinyl modes.
The deck has fader start / back cue start.
Cue functions are auto, manual and real-time.
A playlist function enables a song that is playing to be added to a playlist with one touch of a button.
The CDJ-350 deck is HID and MIDI compatible, allowing the player to be used as an audio interface with other DJ
software.
There is a resume function for disks that are removed from the player and re-inserted later to be played from
the same point on the disk.
The tempo control is switchable between ±6%, 10%, 16% and WIDE (CD only).
The deck has excellent shock resistance through the use of shock-proof memory and floating architecture.
The CDJ-350 deck comes with free rekordboxTM software.
Rekordbox software will analyse the BPM and beat position of your tracks and can categorise your music by album,
artist or genre. It allows the DJ to fully prepare a playlist in advance of a gig.
Pioneer also make a very nice PRO-350FLT flightcase for a pair of CDJ-350 decks and a DJM-350 mixer.
The CDJ-350 deck has a frequency response of 4 Hz to 20 kHz, signal to noise ratio 115 dB, distortion 0.006%
(JEITA) and audio output level 2.0 Vrms (1 kHz).
The CDJ-350-W was announced by Pioneer on 21 December 2010 and features a stunning new pearl-white finish. It
can be paired with the matching DJM-350-W special edition mixer.
